Find the quest diary in the basement of the Shoreline resort's west wing, extract with it and hand it to Therapist. Location tips reference the community Wiki.
With the quest active, visit the room near the pool in the resort west-wing basement. The diary is a quest item, not an ordinary barter item.
Check the floor by the bin left of the entrance, the refrigerator's left drawer, and the red box on the blue locker. Search the room rather than relying on a single spawn.
After collecting the diary, prioritize extraction and then hand it over to Therapist. Failing to extract with the quest item means collecting it again.
