Brief
Hey there, soldier! I recently worked out a deal to get my hands on a new kind of weapon. Same family as grenades, only a whole lot nastier. This isn't the sort of thing you hand out to just anyone. It takes discipline, good judgment. Plus the stock's limited. So if you want to buy this kind of serious hardware from me, prove you know how to put explosives on target. No shortcuts. I'd rather not have you blowing yourself up or turning one of your own into a casualty. Use whatever gets the job done. Underbarrel launchers, homemade grenades, doesn't matter to me. I only care about the results.

Like I said, these things are hard to come by, but I'll set one aside for you whenever I get a shipment. When you use it, make sure you've got plenty of space around you and nobody standing behind you. Oh, and read the instructions printed on the launcher. Don't be an idiot.
