Brief
Good day to you, soldier. Though what's so good about it? You know what a wise man once said? "People were made to torment one another". When I first read that, I thought it couldn't be true. Now I remember those words, and my heart aches. We've got a new gang stirring up trouble in the city. I sent one of my men to talk to them, to try and bring them to their senses. They sent his head back to me. The letter I had asked him to deliver, they stuffed it into his mouth... They're not from around here. All of them came out of USEC, though they've long since turned their backs on their own. They need to be tracked down and wiped out, every last one of them. This is our land. There'll be no more talking with them.
