Mercenary, you know firsthand how many lives are lost in war. But you have no idea how many die not from a bullet or a knife, but by going missing. Some are buried in the concrete in their own home after the bombing. Someone died in their basement from exhaustion because they couldn't find food. Someone was swallowed by infection because they didn't have the necessary medicine and couldn't get to a hospital because of constant shelling... And there are at least fifteen percent of people like that in this journal.
