Brief
My people recently uncovered those responsible for manipulating the clean water supply at a time when the city needed it most. Under different circumstances, we would have settled this through the proper legal channels. Unfortunately, those are no longer available to us. The gang that profited from the water crisis operates out of the customs territory. They need to be reminded that the well-being of others should come before personal gain. Regrettably, force is the only language they're likely to understand. Teach them that lesson, so no one else comes to believe this is an acceptable way to do business in Tarkov.
