Brief
Back in the day, Ultra was always packed: moms with their kids, couples, random people just wandering around. I always liked that kind of energy! But now... Ah, forget the reminiscing. Time to get things done. I don't like how Scavs and everyone else stroll into Ultra like they own the place, hauling off anything that isn't nailed down. Head over there and remind them it isn't their territory. Once you've cleared things up, I'll send my boys in to bring a little life back to the place.

Scavs can commonly be found at the front of OLI, Goshan, IDEA. Another spawn is in the main center hall of the mall, near the Kiba gun store. You can find more at power station, and also the road that runs parallel to the mall on the opposite side of the parking lot.
