Brief
Greetings, soldier! I've got an urgent job for you. Back before all this, I had an old friend, name was Oleg. We lost touch somewhere along the way, though I know he stayed in Tarkov. Then the other night... I had a bad feeling. Call it a dream, call it a gut instinct. I need you to look for him downtown. Check his apartment and the place where he worked. I can't remember the exact addresses anymore, but you should be able to figure it out. Just look for anything with a Soviet touch. Oleg was a true patriot.

In this quest you have to find Prapor's friend's journal in the museum on Streets of Tarkov. There are multiple spawns in a room on the second floor.

In the open kitchen drawer.
Second spawn
Behind the teddy bear on the chair.
Third spawn
On the left in the bottom compartment of the glass cabinet.
Fourth spawn
In the bottom compartment of the bookshelf, on top of books.
