Brief
I have a delicate matter for you. There is quite a commotion around the laboratories at the moment. My people continue to investigate these areas and recover anything that may be useful for civilians and others who need it. On top of that, these scum keep attacking groups associated with me. Almost as if they're doing it deliberately. I want you to teach them a lesson. Perhaps these misguided individuals can still find their way back to the right path. However, there is one condition: you must wear a chemical respirator or gas mask while doing so. They need to understand exactly who is eliminating their people, so make sure you deal with them at close range.
