Brief
I've got some special supply channels. Hell, I can even get certain bits shipped in from Finland! My contact over there has set up a route for some seriously dangerous toys. This isn't some TOZ or VPO, you know. But I can't just sell stuff like that to anyone. I've learned that the hard way. A bunch of clumsy idiots can ruin the reputation of even the best product in the world. So I came up with a little scheme. I want to start a rumor first. Make people believe there's a bloke roaming Tarkov who's not just some fighter, but a proper master, yeah? Shoots with deadly accuracy, leaves nothing but piles of dead PMCs behind him. And nobody can even spot him because he's a professional, using bolt-action rifles with electronic scopes. Then, bam! The guy shows up with my gear in his hands. Everyone will understand that the best operators come to me for their kit. I reckon you're the right man for it. Make people afraid to even step outside at night, and I'll sort you out with these hot new imports. First batch is on me!
